Reports to: DZSO / Ops Manager

The role of manifest is extremely important. They are the communication hub on the dropzone. This role is key for the safe and efficient operation of the dropzone. 

Wage: on application

While training: on application

Hours: Saturday and Sunday, hourly sunrise to sunset dependent on the season.

Responsibilities

• Open Manifest
  • follow open procedure checklist
• Deliver Manifest
  • communications with pilot and Drop Zone Safety Officer
  • communications with customers
  • communications with staff
  • communications with jumpers
  • answer the work phone
  • ensure the day runs efficiently and on time
  • ensuring all data is input accurately
  • ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately
• Close Manifest
  • follow close procedure checklist

The position has a 3 month probation period.
